The primary goal of this grant, Workforce Development in Stem Cell Research, is to develop, evaluate, and distribute the nation’s first formal, multidisciplinary, technically focused, undergraduate curriculum for an emerging scientific field: stem cells and regenerative medicine. Importantly, it aims to establish a link between classroom and laboratory training with new pedagogical approaches.
